Mill Creek
Mill Creek Office
We opened our "northern" office in 1999. This was initially located in the Providence Everett Medical Center Mill Creek Campus building on 12800 Bothell Everett Highway. We relocated this office into the Mill Creek Town Center in November, 2006. This new facility allows us to provide convenient ear, nose and throat care to the surrounding communities of Mill Creek, Everett, Marysville, Monroe and Mukilteo.
