Basal Cell Cancer of Nose

Large basal cell cancer of nose and face (top left).  Extensive defect necessary for complete cancer removal (top right).   Appearance  2 weeks after surgery; wound defect has been reconstructed with forehead tissue flap and advancing cheek tissues toward the nose (bottom left).  Appearance 8 months after first surgery (bottom right).
