Cancer of the Lip

Cancers necessitate large areas of tissue removal.  Photo at upper right shows resultant defect of cancer removal as well as incisions in upper lip preparation for reconstructing the defect.  Lower left photo shows the upper lip tissue rotated into the cancer defect.  Lower right photo shows appearance 2 months later.
